Qualification of the candidate

• aged no more than 35 years; having obtained or about to obtain a PhD.

• good command of English including presentation and paper writing, with published or forthcoming research papers as first author.

• Background in virology, immunology, tumour biology, structural biology, bioinformatics, molecular biology or microfluidics, mathematics, computer science preferred.

• Good team player, good communicator and able to work steadily over a long period of time.

• Interested in scientific research and able to develop research work independently.

• For those who receive national or provincial funding, Hangzhou will provide a 1:1 grant to match. If the post-docs stay in Hangzhou after leaving the station, Hangzhou will provide a subsidy of RMB 400,000 per person.
