Qualification of the candidate

Positions: Researcher (1), Associate Researcher (1), Assistant Researcher (1-3)

•	Assistant Researcher must have obtained a PhD;
•	Associate Researcher must have worked professionally or as an Assistant Researcher for 5 years or more after obtaining a PhD;
•	Researcher must have worked professionally for more than 10 years or as an Associate Researcher for more than 5 years after obtaining a PhD.
•	Background in virology, immunology, tumour biology, structural biology, bioinformatics, molecular biology or microfluidics, mathematics, computer science is preferred.
•	Two or more first-authored articles (including co-first authorship); position and working conditions will depend on the candidate's qualifications and abilities.
•	Good team player, good communicator and able to work steadily over a long period of time.
•	Good command of English including reading and listening.
•	Interested in scientific research and able to develop research work independently.

•	For qualifying researchers, Hangzhou will provide a subsidy of RMB 400,000 per person, subject to official documents.

任职条件与任职要求：

1.招聘岗位：研究员（1名）, 副研究员（1名）, 助理研究员（1-3名）

2.任职条件：

（1）助理研究员需获博士学位，副研究员需获得博士学位后从事专业工作5年及以上，或担任助理研究员5年及以上。研究员需获博士学位后从事专业工作10年及以上，或担任副研究员5年及以上。

（2）有病毒学、免疫学、肿瘤生物学、结构生物学、生物信息学、分子生物学或微流控、数学、计算机学背景者优先；

（3）两篇以上第一作者文章（包括共同第一作者）; 岗位及工作条件（研究员, 副研究员, 助理研究员）将取决于应聘者的资历和能力；

（4）具有良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，身心健康，能长期稳定工作；

（5）具有良好的英文阅读和听说能力；

（6）对科学研究有浓厚兴趣，能独立开展研究工作。

薪酬与福利待遇：

薪资面议。

此外，对博士后出站留杭（来杭）工作的研究员（包括副研究员, 助理研究员），符合条件者杭州市将给予每人40万元补助，具体政策以官方文件为准。

课题组将提供稳定的工作环境与一流的研究平台，协助申报国自然基金委相关项目，并根据兴趣与需求支持个人的职业发展。
